Early registration and bag pickup: 700 wing of the hotel, Quality Inn (hotel layout)
Pre-registrants (pre-registed on-line) can pick up their bags, T shirts, apparel and name-tags. Un-registered attendees can also now register, get names tags, a lot pass, and a CTF5 collectable, OR wait till Sat. morning. Official CTF5 apparel and cookbook are also available during this time.
FREE NACHOS and CHEESE, courtesy of Mexicasa, while supplies last!

WINE TOUR departure: Inniskillin Winery
SIREN TIME- listen for it! Attendees who have pre-registered ($11 Cdn), depart for thier tour of Inniskillin Winery in Niagara On The Lake. The tour includes sampling of white, red, and ICE WINEs. 18 and older please. For those who wish to attend and did not pre-register, please talk to "Lance" at the registration area.

CTF attendees receive a DISCOUNT at Boston Pizza. Your hotel check-in package may also have coupons. Space is limited at the restaurant (300 I think), so get there early. The Golden Griddle is also at the same place, as well as Wendy's, RainForest Cafe, Kelseys, Hard Rock, new Casino Grand Ballroom buffet, and other food places on the "strip".
Niagara Police PT Cruiser will be in attendance at this time. Get your picture taken with Constable "Kartsy" and the PT Cruiser that CTF1 attendees helped with (long story).

Traditional parking
lot gathering/pre-light show: Quality Inn parking lot
Bring a chair, maybe cooler, neon bracelets, and your PT Cruiser remote control toys. Sit down in one of many groups, introduce yourself to others, gawk at all the PTs, shine up your machine, race other remotes, .. basically, HANG OUT! Its become a tradition at this, and other PT events- a great time to meet others. Try to spot all 30+ State and Provincial licence plates. Wear your FLAMED or 50's apparel! Don't forget to hang your registration card on your mirror and wear your ID badge for easy identification.
New for 2005- we have invited Volkswagens who are in town for BUG FEST to do a drive-by either Friday or Saturday evening, have your cameras ready.

Got neons or other lights? Bring yours for all to see. Award for best lit PT (presented Saturday, chosen by Police). Watch for the OCC bike all lit-up during this time too. FREE neon necklaces for the kiddies! |

FIREWORKS OVER the FALLS!!: best viewed from the show lot, rear of the hotel OR right at the falls, a short walk away
An 8-minute display of fireworks over top of the two Niagara Falls. Also watch the Falls change colours from dust till 1:00am via spotlights.

Join us for a PT Cruiser Police lead, 5 mile drive past the Falls, thousands of spectators and the new Casino, then back to the Quality Inn. Neon lights and strobes ARE permitted for this. |

Parking in the rear lot is NOT permitted overnight. There is no security or insurance back there, so the lot WILL be closed. It also eliminates "reserved" parking. |

Big Make-A-Wish supporters corporately, will be on site to sell coffee and snacks.
Country BBQ: west side of lot
Food vendor will be set up for light breakfast and remain on site ALL DAY to vendor sausages, hamburgers, hot dogs, refreshments, fries, ... Mr. Frostee Ice Cream truck will also arrive later in the day.

RAFFLE TICKETS are on sale: the raffle tent is next to the main registration tent
Once all items are labelled and catalogued, we will start selling tickets for over $5000 in PT Cruiser parts and other great raffle items donated by our sponsors. ALL MONEY RAISED gets added to the Make-A-Wish fund. Purchase ticket sheets, hold on to the CLAIM portion, and place the loose tickets in the bin next to the item that you want to win- this is not one big raffle, rather, you select where you want to put your tickets- the more tickets you put in a bin, the
better your chances.

Door Prize winning numbers unveiled: MAIN tent (park layout)
Using a random number generator from random.org, 100 door prize numbers have been pre-drawn and will be DISPLAYED (not announced) at the registration tent. If a posted number matches your registration number (your badge has your registration number on it), tell the attendant, and claim your prize. Please exchange prizes amoung others, not with the staff, they will be too busy.

Judging
for PTs of Distinction: done by members of the local media
There are NO PT CLASSES-
awards will be given to PTs that catch the eye of the judges-
it could be stock, or wild, or a funky tail-gate display, or whatever.
PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD VOTING: voted on by
ALL attendees.
The ballot is in your envelope. Please
walk around the lot, vote, and return the ballot to the registration tent by 3:00.
Winners will be notified at 4:00 and asked to
bring their PT to the "winner's circle" prior to final
announcements.

See some VERY old LaFrance fire engines, a 1914 Model A Fire Chief's car, as well as the Niagara Falls Fire Department PT Cruiser. Old meets new.

Return to the rear lot for vendors and free parking:
Hopefully, our vendors, pinstripers and glass etcher, will return to the rear lot- the best time to strike a deal! Also use this area for parking and walk over to the Falls or the Casinos or the Skylon Tower. You can also hang out in the back lot with a couple hundred PTs who haven't left just yet.
